Agro Trade Shows in Brazil: Your 2027 Calendar for Technical and Incentive Groups

Brazil is one of the most powerful agricultural producers in the world, and there is no better way to understand that firsthand than by walking the aisles of its trade shows. From soybeans, corn, wheat, coffee and sugarcane to dairy and beef cattle, the 2027 calendar offers international delegations a full year of opportunities to see Brazilian agribusiness up close, meet producers and companies leading the sector, and understand the technologies and practices that make the country so competitive.

At TNT Viagens Técnicas e Eventos, we organize technical and incentive groups from anywhere in the world to attend these events, handling air travel, ground transport, accommodation and the complete itinerary. Below is an overview of the highlights of the Brazilian calendar for 2027.

Grain and Technology Trade Shows

Show Rural Coopavel — Cascavel, Paraná
February 1 to 5, 2027

One of the largest agribusiness trade shows in Latin America, Show Rural opens the Brazilian calendar every year in the southern region of Brazil. Held in the heart of one of Brazil’s most productive grain regions, it is a reference for field innovation, machinery and hands-on technology demonstrations across soybeans, corn and wheat.

Expodireto Cotrijal — Não-Me-Toque, Rio Grande do Sul
March 8 to 12, 2027

A benchmark in precision agriculture, Expodireto is organized by one of Brazil’s most respected cooperatives and centers on soybeans, corn and wheat. It combines live field demonstrations, business rounds and international relations programs, making it a natural fit for delegations interested in cooperative models and no-till systems.

Agrishow — Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo
April 26 to 30, 2027

Brazil’s largest agricultural technology trade show and one of the biggest in the world. Its 2026 edition gathered more than 800 exhibiting brands and over 197,000 qualified visitors across a 520,000 m² area. With a strong focus on soybeans, corn and grains in general, Agrishow is where the technological trends and product launches that shape global agribusiness are unveiled. For international groups, it is often the centerpiece of a Brazilian itinerary.

AgroBrasília — Brasília, Distrito Federal
May 18 to 21, 2027

Held in the country’s federal capital region, AgroBrasília brings together business and innovation for soybeans, corn and other crops grown across Brazil’s savanna region, known as the Cerrado. It offers a clear view of how large-scale, mechanized farming operates in one of the country’s most dynamic frontiers.

Bahia Farm Show — Luís Eduardo Magalhães, Bahia
June 7 to 12, 2027

The leading agribusiness event in Northeast Brazil, with an emphasis on grains and cotton. The 2026 edition drew more than 172,000 visitors, and the show has become one of the fastest-growing on the national calendar. It is the ideal window into the agricultural expansion taking place in the MATOPIBA region, one of the newest and most promising production frontiers in the world.

Tecnoshow Comigo — Rio Verde, Goiás
Dates to be confirmed (traditionally held in April)

A major showcase of grain technology in the Center-West region, organized by the Comigo cooperative. Tecnoshow is a strong reference for delegations interested in the productivity and scale that define agriculture in the state of Goiás.

Dairy and Beef Cattle Events

Megaleite — Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais
Dates to be confirmed (traditionally held mid-year)

The largest dairy cattle exhibition in Latin America, Megaleite is a key event for delegations focused on genetics, herd management and dairy production. It combines animal judging, technical programming and business opportunities in one of Brazil’s most important dairy states.

Agroleite — Castro, Paraná
Dates to be confirmed (traditionally held in August)

A reference event for dairy farming in southern Brazil, held in Castro, one of the country’s leading milk-producing municipalities. Agroleite is well suited to groups looking to understand the full dairy chain, from genetics to processing.

Two More Worth Considering

Beyond the events above, two other shows are worth including when building a tailored itinerary:

Expointer — Esteio, Rio Grande do Sul
Traditionally held in late August and early September, Expointer is one of the most traditional livestock and agricultural fairs in the Americas, with a strong presence of animal breeding, machinery and family farming.

ExpoZebu — Uberaba, Minas Gerais
Held in the “National Land of Zebu,” ExpoZebu is the world’s largest zebu cattle exhibition and an essential destination for delegations interested in beef cattle genetics, a field in which Brazil is a global reference.
